ICS shoots down Danish and Norwegian wish for carbon levy

The International Chamber of Shipping, ICS, does not agree with the Danish and Norwegian shipowners, who think the IMO should put a carbon levy on the agenda as soon as possible. Right now, it is more important to roll out the short-term plan, says ICS.
