Disagreement within Bimco on responsibility for ships poor climate ratings

CII: An important legal clause, which in time-charter contracts is meant to regulate responsibility for the incoming CII climate regulations between shipowners and operators, is dragging out due to internal disagreement in Bimco. Lauritzen Bulkers is stuck with making declarations of intent.
