CMA-owned Ceva rejects purchase offer

Logistics company Ceva Logistics, which French CMA CGM owns part of, has rejected a purchase offer. CMA supports the decision and will now be allowed to increase its ownership stake.

A take over proposal on the logistics company Ceva Logistics has been considered and rejected, informs the logistics company, which is partly owned by CMA CGM.

According to Ceva, it had received a takeover offer from an unnamed player for a price of CHF 27.75 (USD 28) per share.
