One of the biggest creditors of the OW Bunker collapse, Belgian bunker provider Wiljo, has filed for Chapter 11 - like protection in Antwerp, the company informs ShippingWatch. Wiljo does not want to elaborate on the specific reasons of the dramatic decision but says in short release that it is confident that this step can lead to a restructuring of the company that is one of the important bunker stakeholders in the huge Belgian and Dutch ports.
