Yet another Bergen yard files for bankruptcy

Yard group Noryards' Fosen division, owned by Norwegian Noryards A/S, has filed for bankruptcy at the Fosen Tingrett probate court in Norway, reports Norwegian business daily Dagens Næringsliv.

The Noryard Fosen shipyard, which was established as recently as September 2013 by Bergen Group and Calexco, was unable to pay its bills when a newbuilding order was canceled, according to DN.no.
