DSV completes UTI Worldwide acquisition

On Friday, logistics group DSV completed its acquisition of US-based competitor UTI Worldwide for USD 1.35 billion, thus creating one of the world's largest transport and logistics networks, informs the Danish company in a corporate statement.

DSV crossed the finish line on Friday and has now closed its acquisition of US-based logistics competitor UTI Worldwide for around USD 1.35 billion, says the Danish transport and logistics group in a statement.
