DSV on Kuehne+Nagel takeover: "No truth in it whatsoever"

Kuehne+Nagel is not in the process of acquiring DSV, says DSV to ShippingWatch. A media report suggested Tuesday that DSV was looking to be acquired after it had come to terms with a failed bid for Panalpina.

DSV is not changing course and replacing its acquisition hunt with a position in which the company is itself an acquisition candidate, DSV tells ShippingWatch.

The comments come after media The Loadstar on Tuesday reported that DSV had allegedly turned from its attempts to take over Panalpina to instead being in talks with competitor Kuehne+Nagel for a potential acquisition.
