German multipurpose carrier in Chinese agreement

Auerbach Schifffahrt in Hamburg has formed a collaborative agreement with a Chinese yard to build multipurpose ships.

The somewhat young German multipurpose carrier Auerbach Schifffahrt, based in Hamburg, has formed a strategic collaborative agreement with Chinese Jiangzhou Union Shipbuilding - a subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed China Ocean Shipbuilding Industry Group - and Xiamen ITG Shipbuilding to build new multipurpose vessels.
