Betty Liu has a big smile and looks earnestly into the camera in one of Maersk's career videos where shades of light blue intertwine in the background. And Liu has plenty to smile about. She is one of Maersk's robust talents given the opportunity to participate in a two-year trainee program. She has since then fought her way to the position of heading trade from China to North America at Maersk Line.
