Odense Marine Technology (OMT) has acquired all activities of Grontmij Marine Consulting, effective from December 1st 2013, including employees and offices in Copenhagen and Shanghai.

Odense Marine Technology (OMT) takes a significant step forward by acquiring all the employees and design activities of Grontmij Marine Consulting, which has activities in Copenhagen and Shanghai, says OMT in a press release Friday.
